This website is operated by Exile Performance ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Exile Performance. By visiting our site at exileperformance.ca and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Products and pricing

All products are aftermarket performance automotive parts. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Product images and descriptions are provided for illustration; minor variations may occur.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with pricing errors, suspected fraud, or items that become unavailable from our supplier. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store credit card details.

Shipping and fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by our authorized supplier partner and shipped directly to you. See our Shipping Policy for rates and timeframes. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns

See our Refund Policy. Performance parts that have been installed, modified, or used cannot be returned.

Warranty disclaimer

Products are sold as aftermarket performance parts. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we make no warranties beyond those provided by the original manufacturer. Installation of performance parts may affect your vehicle's factory warranty — consult your dealer or installer if unsure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exile Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
